LaunchUp #2 – Wednesday May 27th, 6:30 p.m. – @ Utah Association of Counties in Murray

Here are all the dirty details about the second LaunchUp, our community barn raising event for entrepreneurs. Remember, we stream the event live and make it as inclusive as possible to anyone, even if you cannot attend in person. This way, during the featured company’s presentation and the moderated deep dive/community conversation, anyone, anywhere, can participate.

We have a another great event planned with 2 great companies that need/want our help.

If you want to be online during the event, bring your wireless access cards and/or mobile devices, we won’t have general wireless access available due to security concerns.

LaunchUp 1 Report: 5 minutes: We’ll update everyone on TweetBooty and Entice Labs and their progress since LaunchUp 1.

Barn 1: 25 minutes: TodaysMama http://www.todaysmama.com/ Today’s Mama provides personal, professional, and parenting resources designed to foster a greater sense of identity, empowerment, and connection for women and mothers everywhere.

Barn 2: 25 minutes: Amber Alert GPS http://www.amberalertgps.com/ Introducing the new Amber Alert GPS technology that was designed to answer the all-important question, “Where Is My Child?” Just slip this tiny device into your child’s pocket or backpack, or onto their wrist, ankle, or belt and your cell phone will immediately receive a detailed map and description of your child’s location.

Break for Cookies and Milk: around 8:00 (In light of the two companies presenting, we’re rolling with cookies and milk.)
